General Terms

Our terms of services along with the Privacy Policy informs our users about the legal terms and conditions on which we provide them the services to use and access IntelliSaving through mobile application platform.

These terms will apply to your use of IntelliSaving services and its provision that we offer you. Please read all these Terms of Services carefully and make sure you are fully aware of them and understand them before signing-up to use IntelliSaving. Kindly note you will be asked before using the Services to agree to these Terms and if you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to use the services as well.

The company may amend these Terms of Services from time to time as and when required. Make sure you check these Terms of Services periodically to ensure you understand the terms which is applied at that time. Users may ask for a copy of these terms of services at any time.

These Terms of Services will be in the English language.

  1. About IntelliSaving
    • IntelliSaving Limited a company incorporated in England & Wales (registration number 12827813) registered at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Our official website is https://www.intellisaving.com and the services available through our mobile application.
    • Precedence
      • Your agreement with us comprises of:
        • these Terms of Services;
        • our Terms of Website Use;
        • any other terms that apply to you.
      • In the event of any conflict caused or inconsistency experienced between:
        • The Terms of Website Use;
        • These terms of services;
        • and Any product terms.
    • Contacting us
      • If any user wishes to contact us to share feedback or register any complaints, they must contact us by emailing us at support@intellisaving.com.
      • If we need to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do through email, through the site, or App using details provided by you. We may contact you by telephone or SMS, if required.
      • It is your responsibility to ensure the contact information you provide us is updated. You are required to notify us promptly if there is as change to: your name, your address, your personal accounts, your mobile number and/or your status as a resident of United Kingdom. Following any of these changes it might be necessary for us to ask and for you to provide us, required information as part of this process.
      • We may monitor and record telephone conversations that we have with you. The recordings will be stored in accordance with applicable law, and/or for as long as we consider necessary to be able to provide the services to you.
    • Security Incidents
      • If we suspect or be aware that you are affected by any fraud or any operational security incident, we might suspend or limit some or all of the functionality of your account until the suspected incident is resolved.
      • If you believe your account has been compromised or if you do not recognise any activity on your account, contact us through the specified means.
  2. Our Services
    • You must be over 18 years of age to use IntelliSaving and a resident with a valid bank account in one of the countries in which we operate.
    • We may, at our discretion, allow you to:
      • access details of transactions and balances on your bank account(s) held with your bank or personal accounts
      • enable you to access other financial products or services made available to IntelliSaving by our trusted third parties, and
      • access other products and services offered by us or third parties,
    • You must acknowledge and agree that IntelliSaving is not endorsed or sponsored by the providers of your personal accounts to use our services.
    • You will be required to provide all the relevant information to IntelliSaving for account creation or KYC verification. This data will be handled in line with the Privacy Policy of IntelliSaving.
  3. Application for Services
    • In order to receive our Services, you must complete an application. By completing our Application, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
    • If any information provided in your Application is found to be incorrect or incomplete and we have not received the outstanding information within ten Business Days of receipt of your Application, we may reject your Application.
    • If we have been unable to complete identity verification checks to our satisfaction within ten Business Days of receipt of your Application, we may reject your Application.
    • We have full discretion to accept or not to accept an Application and we reserve the right to reject your Application and not to give you any reasons for doing so.
  4. Access to our Services
    • Access to our Services will be through the mobile App (or any other instant messaging service we approve). You will be bound by the relevant messaging service provider’s terms of use and policies, in addition to these Terms of Services.
    • You must not allow anyone to access the Services on your behalf. You must treat as confidential; the user identification code, password, and any other piece of information as part of our and the relevant messaging service provider’s security procedures, and you must not disclose it to any third party.
  5. Use of IntelliSaving
    • Your use of Our Site and our App is governed by our Terms of Website Use which can be found on Our Site. Please take the time to read this, as it includes important terms which apply to you.
  6. Our right to vary these Terms
    • We expect to update or amend these Terms of Services from time to time to comply with applicable laws or to meet our changing business requirements.
    • We can make changes to these Terms of Services without your specific agreement. We may not always be able to give you advance notice of such updates or amendments but will make a reasonable effort to give at least 2 months’ notice, particularly where this is required by legal or regulatory requirements.
    • When we make changes to these Terms of Services, we will always post them on Our Site so you can view them when you next visit Our Site. By continuing to use the Services after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms.
    • If you do not agree to the proposed changes you can notify us, and we will arrange for your account to be closed.
  7. Warranties
    • You expressly understand and agree that:
      • Your use of the Services and all information, products, and other content (including that of third parties) included in or accessible from us is at your sole risk.
      • The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We and our Aggregation Partner expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind as to us and all information, products and other content (including that of third parties) included in or accessible from us, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
    • Neither we nor our Aggregation Partner make any warranty that:
      • we will meet your requirements.
      • we will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
      • the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
      • the quality of the Services or any products, services, information, or other amenities or material purchased or obtained by you through us will meet your expectations; or
      • any errors in the technology will be corrected.
    • Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from our Aggregation Partner or through or from us will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Services.
  8. Our liability
    • If we fail to comply with these Terms of Services, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time you started using the Services.
    • If our App damages a device or digital content belonging to you, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge.
    • We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
      • death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or
      • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
    • Subject to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our Aggregation Partner will be liable to you (including your use or inability to use the Services) for:
      • loss of profits or goodwill or damage to reputation.
      • any statement or conduct on or via Our Site or App by any third party.
      • loss of data which is caused by factors other than negligence or breach of statutory duty on the party of us or our Aggregation Partner.
      • the acts or omissions of the providers of your Personal Account(s);
      • the cost to you of obtaining goods or services as substitutes for the Services we provide; or
      • any other loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the Services or these Terms.
    • We are not a financial adviser, and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or any other advice. Your situation is unique.
  9. Indemnification

    You agree to protect and fully compensate our Aggregation Partner and us and our affiliates from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable solicitors’ fees) caused by or arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms of Services or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your IntelliSaving Account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.

  10. Lost or stolen mobile device

    If your mobile device is lost or stolen or if you suspect someone has gained an unauthorised access to your username or password, you must contact us immediately at support@intellisaving.com. In order to take any action, you will need to provide certain account information so we can verify your identity.

  11. Cancelling your account
    • You can cancel your use of the IntelliSaving Services at any time.
    • We can cancel our provision of the Services to you if:
      • your use of the IntelliSaving Account has been inactive for an extended period of time; or
      • you commit a material breach of these Terms of Services, provided in each case
      • If you have cancelled any of your Personal Accounts or transferred a Personal Account to another bank, you must inform us as soon as reasonably possible by contacting us at the address
