Bank Account and Transaction Details – Bank account and transaction details will be collected (in case of open banking, it will be auto) and processed to give you personalised saving portfolio services. We never store or ask for bank log-in details, so rest assured that your privacy is completely respected with that matter.
  3. Data about Intellisaving Services usage – To provide you the best service and a highly personalised saving portfolio dashboard, we collect and keep the information of how and when you use our services.

  • KYC Provider – Dow Jones

Data retention period

As a rule of thumb, the data will be retained for as long as the services and contractual agreements are in place. You can request the erasure of your data, if you no longer want us to use your information, however for regulatory obligation we will keep the relevant data for 5 years.

GDPR and your rights

GDPR gives consumers the control over their data to assess how Intellisaving will use their personal data.

  • You have the right to update us with any information which is inaccurate or has changed.
  • You can request a copy of data we hold about you. Please contact us at privacy@intellisaving.com.
  • You can request personal information to be erased and close the account. We might maintain the personal information which we need to hold in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • You can request to withdraw consent or restrict processing. If you request your data to not be shared, then we will not be able to provide you the service. Some information that you have provided, we will still hold to comply with regulatory requirements.

Age restriction for the use of Intellisaving service

You should be 16 years older to be able to use the Intellisaving application, which is due to the fact that in UK, bank accounts can be opened at the age of 16.
